Corporate Login is prepaid account for companies for raising the bulk of requests. Through the account, a company can get customized reports and data. 

1.     How making a new Request?

·         Click on the Make Verification Request option in the dashboard

·         Click on Add Request

·         Enter the verifier name

·         Select Document Type

·         Enter the Candidate Detail

·         Submit

(Note: Request cannot be raised if the account is exhausted/ account limit reached)

2.     How can we make multiple Request to different universities?

·         Once you reach the Submit page, Proceed as above Q1

·         Click on the Add request Button (Right Corner of the Screen).

3.     How to Recharge DVC account?

Click on Recharge account (Check beneficiary details for A/c No: and beneficiary Name)

Select payment Type

                           .         Online/Cheque Deposit

      .          Cheque Deposit

·         Select DVC Bank1 (Domestic Users)

·         Select DVC Bank 2 (International Users)

·         Enter the recharge amount

·         Date of recharge

·         Cheque Number/Online Transfer/NEFT Transfer

·         Select DVC Bank1 (Domestic)

·         Select DVC Bank 2 (International)

·         Transaction Date

·         Recharge amount

·         Online Transaction Number

·         Submit

(Note: - once the amount is credited, finance team of myeasydocs will be approving the recharge and the balance will be shown on your DVC screen)

4.       How to get Reports of Request which are made through DVC?

Click on My Request -> Request History -> Click on the Excel Icon to get Report of All Request

5.       How to download the verified report?

Click on the request history - > Enter the verification number - > Click on Click to view (Confirmations Status Bar) to download the verified report and e-receipt of the request

6.     How to download the Invoice?

                             Go to my report

                             Select order report

                             For generating invoice, select “Generate invoice” option

                             Select the date range

                             Download the invoice

7.      How to generate statements?

                            Go to my report

                            Select order report

                            For generating statements, select “Generate statements” option

                            Select the date range

                            Download the statement
