5. Make payment through online by debit or credit card
1. The document should be scanned in A4 size PDF file.
2. Main certificate and sub-documents to be added separately in the space provided (as per the parameters mentioned below)
Which can all documents can be verified through online?
1. Degree certificate/Convocation certificate
2. Passing certificate (* Passing certificate is not provisional or Convocation certificate)
3. Statement of Mark sheet (* Statement of mark sheet of Autonomous candidates cannot be verified through online)
4. Provisional / Special Certificate
Note: No verification provided for College issued certificate ie; verification can only be done for University issued certificate
How will I know my request is been successfully rose?
Once you raise the request and Make the payment through online, you will be receiving an intimation mail to the registered Email ID with Verification reference number (VN)
When will I get the verification report once I applied through online?
Verification completely depends on the respective Institution based on the record searching time and the verifier availability. Normally it takes a timeline of 25 working days.
How will I come to know once the verification is completed?
You will be receiving an email notification and SMS notification to your registered email ID and mobile number
What if my application is not accepted is there any refund for my request?
Once the request is submitted through online, there is no refund under any circumstances
How can I download the verified report?
2. Log in using the reg. email and password (can reset the password)
3. Click on E-share for sharing the report
4. Click on the down arrow for downloading and previewing the verified document.
How will the online verified document be? Do I get it by courier or soft copy?
You will be receiving your verified document to your Docswallet Digital Locker; the verified document will contain a unique digitalized seal showing the genuine of the Certificate
How to send my verified document to an authority or an Embassy?
1. Login to the Docswallet account
2. Click on E-share
3. Share the report with the listed or non-listed partners.

Important Points to be noted for making Request
1. Upload document A4 Pdf file
2. Document details have to be entered as per the Certificate Details
3. Select Correct document type (ie; for eg: if the Selected document type is degree certificate, you have to upload Degree certificate with supporting documents) if not the request will get declined
4. Avoid upper and lower case entries in all fields of document details (ie; if Student Name is ROSHAN in Certificate and you are Entering it as Roshan, the request will decline.
5. Scan selected Document and Supporting documents in the separate PDF file (A4 Size) and merge the two Sheets in the single PDF file and Upload
6. Users are requested to upload passing certificate along with University Letter in a single PDF file for verifying the doctorate degree.
Note:
University won't verify the document which is issued from college (Autonomous)
While uploading the document please select the correct document type. E.g.:- (Selecting Degree Certificate and uploading mark-sheet plus passing certificate, which will lead to decline).
There will be No-Refund for any initiated verification.
